1. Acceptance

By using this website and digital menu, you accept these terms. The venue's own policies also apply to your orders.

2. Orders & Payment

How your orders work:

• Orders placed at your table (QR) are added to your bill; you pay using one of the methods the venue offers.
• Delivery and pick-up orders are confirmed by the venue; you pay with the method you chose when ordering.
• Prices are as shown on the menu; your order uses the price at the moment you added the item to your cart.

3. Changes & Cancellation

• To change or cancel your order, contact the venue as soon as possible.
• Once preparation has started, changes and cancellations are at the venue's discretion.
• For orders that have already been paid, the venue's own policies apply.
• Prepared food and drinks are perishable and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-c).

4. Product Information & Responsibility

Ingredient and allergen details on the menu are provided by the venue; if you have an allergy or special dietary need, please tell the staff before ordering. You are responsible for giving accurate contact details and following the venue's rules.
