The fruitiness of Öküzgözü and the spicy, deeply tannic character of Boğazkere come together as one. On the palate, Öküzgözü's fruit meets Boğazkere's spicy, firm finish, with black mulberry, licorice and caramel notes. This full-bodied wine pairs with grilled red meat, goose and mushrooms. Aged 10 months in French oak, served at 16-20°C.
