A full-bodied red from Boğazkere, the powerful, tannic native grape of Diyarbakır, Eastern Anatolia. Boğazkere is one of Anatolia's most characterful grapes, known for its intense structure and long life. The glass reveals black cherry, plum, dried apricot, thyme, dark fruits, blackcurrant and cherry jam. Thanks to its firm tannin, it pairs with red and white meats, grills and chocolate desserts. Best served at 16-20°C. A bold Anatolian red with a solid structure.
