A lively, fruit-forward red made from Öküzgözü, the signature grape of the Elazığ, Eastern Anatolia vineyards. Öküzgözü, named for its large berries, is loved for its soft, balanced structure. The glass shows licorice, sour cherry and thyme aromas; medium-bodied and easy-drinking. It offers a wide pairing range with white and red meats, pasta and salads. Best served at 16-20°C. A classic red of the Anatolian table.
