A fresh, lively white produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in the Turasan Zeynep vineyards of Cappadocia. Fermentation in French oak lends the grape body and complexity. The glass reveals honey, licorice, apricot and rose aromas, leaving a light, fresh and vivid character on the palate. It pairs with fish, poultry and seafood such as lobster. Aged 9 months in French oak and served at 13-15°C. A Cappadocian white that leaves a pleasant roundness with its freshness.
